Dr Oliver, professor i klassisk filosofi, var en välkänd intellektuell författare som publicerades i många av de högst ansedda facktidskrifterna i ett flertal nationer och under andra världskriget var han chef i en hemlig militär instans som arbetade med kryptering.

Hans verk har influerat en stor del av efterkrigstidens mest aktiva nationalsocialister och rekommenderas starkt.
